After being taken to the 73rd precinct, plaintiff was aggressively slammed against the gate during processing, injuring his wrist. On June 15, 2023, defendant NYPD officers Diaz, Perez and Myrthil conducted a stop and frisk of plaintiff without any reasonable suspicion at the corner of New Lots Avenue and Watkins Street in Brownsville, Brooklyn. During these events defendants assaulted plaintiff resulting in his admission to Kings County Hospital. The defendants also destroyed his car after they unlawfully searched it. On December 27, 2023, defendant Almekaiki with other defendant NYPD officers stormed the plaintiffs home address, injuring plaintiff's family. During the arrest plaintiff was unlawfully interrogated by defendant Morales inside the 73rd Precinct. On March 6, 2024, defendant NYPD officer Bottcher unlawfully stopped, detained, interrogated and searched plaintiff. On April 13, 2024, defendant NYPD officer Washington and other defendant officers conducted an unlawful stock and frisk and detained plaintiff. Defendant NYPD officers who witnessed these events and took no action failed to intervene.
