Plaintiff's friend Jamaree offered him a ride home, so Plaintiff walked with his friend to his fliend's vehicle. Plaintiff got into the passenger seat of the vehicle, and his friend got into the driver's seat. As soon as Plaintiff closed the door to the vehicle, four police officers stopped the vehicle. The Police Officers asked Plaintiff to step out of the vehicle, which he complied with.  Defendant Officers then physically grabbed Plaintiff for no legal reason, and began to unlawfully search him. No contraband or anything illegal was found on Plaintiff. Plaintiff was then unlawfully handcuffed. Plaintiff's handcuffs were extremely tight, and Plaintiff asked Defendants to loosen his handcuffs. Defendants tightened the handcuffs, instead of loosening them, on purpose, causing physical injury and pain to plaintiff's wrists. Defendants then forcibly threw Plaintiff into the police vehicle, causing physical injury to his legs and arms.\n\nDefendants transported Plaintiff to the 73rd Precinct police station against his will, where plaintiff was unlawfully photographed, fingerprinted and detained in a holding cell.  Plaintiff was then brought to an interrogation room and asked about guns and drugs. Plaintiff had no knowledge of guns and drugs. Plaintiff was then transported  to  Central Bookings. Defendants refused to tell Plaintiff again what he was being charged with. The defendant police officers provided the DA with the false, misleading and/or incomplete information that plaintiff committed a crime.  The DA declined to prosecute Plaintiff, because Plaintiff committed no crimes.
