Plaintiff was taken to a hospital, but the police did not allow his family to visit or provide him clothes during the week-long stay. \n\nOn January 25, 2012, Defendant Physician approved the Plaintiff's premature release from the hospital into police custody. In custody the next day, Defendant intentionally denied Plaintiff his prescribed medications and exposed him to inclement weather wearing only socks and a hospital gown.
