Officer defendants illegally searched plaintiff and found nothing illegal in his possession. This search was invasive and included officers touching under his pants and around his genitals. Officer defendants subsequently arrested plaintiff and placed tight handcuffs on him without stating the cause for arrest. The aggressive tactics and language of the officer defendants put plaintiff in a state of stress and panic which triggered an asthma attack. His pleas for assistance with this attack were ignored despite other witnesses expressing the possibly fatal nature of plaintiffs health. Once at Brooklyn Central Booking, plaintiff experienced poor conditions such as extreme cold, a lack of beds and sleeping equipment, overcrowding, and exposure to human waste, insects and garbage.
