Plaintiff opened the front door of the apartment building slightly to explain to officers that her neighbor was not home and she did not consent to their entry without a warrant. The officers pushed open the front door, causing Plaintiff to tumble back and fall. Sergeant Bowe handcuffed Plaintiff for approximately 30 minutes and gave Plaintiff a summons charging her with disorderly conduct. Plaintiff complained that the handcuffs were too tight. The summons was dismissed on October 29, 2015.
