The officers destroyed the front door, ripped through the bedrooms, dumped contents of dressers through the apartment, pulled curtains off the rods, strewed personal items throughout the home, cut up the mattresses, and threw the children’s coats in the toilet. Officers pointed their guns at Plaintiff Allman. Plaintiff Murchison-Allman was wearing only her underwear. The Plaintiffs were ordered to get on the ground and complied. Officers stood over the Plaintiffs with their guns drawn. Despite the Plaintiffs' questions, the officers refused to provide a search warrant. They told the plaintiffs that they failed to pay their rent and said they were not obligated to show the warrant. Eventually, an officer removed the Plaintiffs' handcuffs and provided Murchison-Allman with Allman's clothing. She asked for her own clothes and to use the bathroom, but her requests were denied. The Plaintiffs were re-handcuffed and brought to a van with other people and eventually brought to the 41st Precinct and they were held in custody for over 30 hours. \n\nThe search was executed pursuant to a search warrant based on a drug investigation falsified by officers Adames, DiSimone, Ramos, and McMann with information that did not match the Plaintiffs' descriptions. The officers only recovered a box of old ammunition that belonged to one of the Plaintiff’s ex-boyfriends and a small amount of marijuana. The charges regarding those items were ultimately dismissed.","documents":[{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/4922824-Murchison-Allman-et-al-v-City-of-New-York-et-al"},{"url":"https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nysd.425122.76.0.pdf","type":"complaint"},{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/4922825-Murchison-Allman-et-al-v-City-of-New-York-et-al"}],"url":"https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/4353449/murchison-allman-v-city-of-new-york/"},{"name":"Santos, Francisco vs City of New York, et al.","start_date":"2013-03-21","disposition_date":"2014-12-03","payout_amount":25000,"disposition":"Settlement","docket":"301756/2013","court":"Supreme Court - Bronx","officer_name":"McMann, Peter"},{"name":"Square v.
