Plaintiff was transported to the 81st precinct, where she was searched, fingerprinted, photographed and detained in a cell, then transported to central booking.  While Plaintiff awaited arraignment, Defendant Officers met with the DA's office and falsely stated that Plaintiff committed the charged offenses, as a result of which the DA initiated criminal action.  Plaintiff had to return to court numerous times to defend against the false charges.
