Although Plaintiffs complied with their request, Defendant P.O.s  started pushing, assaulting and battering them. When Plaintiffs reached one of their homes, the Defendant P.O.s, without any probable cause, entered the yard of the property and subsequently attempted to enter the home. Defendant P.O.s, without any reasonable suspicion or probable cause, detained one plaintiff, and knocked her over by pushing her with excessive force. Without any reasonable suspicion or probable cause, Defendant P.O.s then violently detained and searched the other Plaintiff. Again without any probable cause, Defendant P.O.s falsely arrested this Plaintiff and later falsely charged him with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
