Defendant officers then arrested Plaintiff for resisting arrest based on fabricated observations and to justify their actions. defendants then applied handcuffs in an excessively tight manner. upon arrival at the precinct, Defendants conducted an illegal strip search. as there was no reasonable suspicion or probable cause to believe that any resisted arrest had occurred therein. defendant conducted an illegal interrogation in the absence of counsel without informing Plaintiff of his Miranda rights. defendants threatened Plaintiff with loss of liberty and criminal prosecution if he did not give Defendants information. while still in police custody Plaintiff was taken to Bellevue Hospital for treatment due to excessive force applied by Defendants. At the Hospital Plaintiff was forced to take a rectal cavity examination by doctors at the behest of Defendants. Defendant LATIMORE signed a criminal complaint affirming his false allegations against Plaintiff. Defendants gave false, misleading, or incomplete information to the DA. \n\nIncident 2: On July 15, 2019, on 43rd Street between 11th and 12th Avenue, Plaintiff was a lawful passenger in a Vehicle driven by a friend when Defendants, including JOHN or JANE DOE 1-10,  pulled up in a police car. Defendants approached Plaintiff and his friend and began to unlawfully question Plaintiff regarding illegal activity, despite no lawful reason to do so. Plaintiff was approached by Defendant who violently grabbed and contorted Plaintiff's arms behind his back and applied metal handcuffs in an excessively tight manner without probable cause or reasonable suspicion. defendants had no probable cause or reasonable suspicion to justify their stop, seizure, search, questioning, detention, arrest, or subsequent prosecution of Plaintiff. Defendants fabricated evidence in the form of observations of plaintiffs commission of aforesaid acts.
