Defendants then grabbed Plaintiff and violently contorted his arms and handcuffed him in an excessively tight fashion. Plaintiff asked them to loosen the handcuffs as they were causing injury. Defendants ignored the pleas and squeezed the handcuffs tighter to cause more pain. Plaintiff sustained contusions, swelling, and loss of feeling in his wrists, hands, and arms. \n\nThe defendants then transported against Plaintiff to the 67th NYPD precinct, where he was criminally processed. At the precinct Plaintiff was again illegally introgated in violation of Miranda v. Arizona. Plaintiff was then transported to Central Booking where he remained unlawfully imprisoned until September 10, 2020. Defendants Made false allegations against Plaintiff causing him to be maliciously prosecuted for crimes he did not commit.
