They also placed a gun in the vicinity of the incapacitated Plaintiff. Plaintiff underwent several surgeries to remove the bullets lodged into his body. Plaintiff were falsely charged with crimes, such as attempted murder. On June 27, 2014, he was acquitted of all charges, except for one count which he is currently appealing.
