The Individual Defendants refused to provide Plaintiffs with medical treatment and would not allow them to make phone calls. Plaintiffs were wrongfully searched, booked, photographed, fingerprinted, and otherwise subjected to unlawful detention for approximately six to seven hours before they were released with desk appearance tickets for disorderly conduct and/or other petty offenses.
