After accusing the Plaintiff of a criminal offense they asked him to step out of the vehicle and violently applied tight handcuffs. Thereafter, they conducted an illegal search of his person and vehicle before removing both to the 67th Precinct. \n\nAt the Precinct, the Plaintiff informed all of the Officers he had recently injured his knee and they forced him to strip his pants off to prove the injury. He was then transported to Central Booking where cavity inspections occurred and he was unlawfully detained for up to two days until release after arraignment. \n\nOfficer Barba fabricated allegations initiating malicious prosecution against the Plaintiff.
