During the arrest, defendants approached the plaintiff with handguns drawn, aggressively shouting at him to stay put, to which he complied. The defendants then violently grabbed him, threw him onto the pavement, contorted his arms behind his back, and applied tight handcuffs. Officers present but not actively participating in the arrest failed to intervene. The plaintiff was falsely accused of a criminal offense and subjected to an illegal search. He was transported to the 88th Precinct, where he underwent scans, searches, and interrogations without an attorney, remaining there for approximately 3 hours before being transferred to Central Booking for 18 hours until his release on December 11, 2019, when the King's County District Attorney's office declined to prosecute due to lack of probable cause. As a result, the plaintiff had to report to his parole officer on January 7, 2020, was deemed in violation of his parole, and was seized and detained at Central Booking and MDC for 7 days under harsh conditions. On January 14, 2020, the plaintiff was released after a parole violation hearing determined he had not committed a violation. As a result, the plaintiff suffered damages.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=945FONadKcJENfOwscN3NA==","type":"complaint"}]},{"name":"Taft v.
