At around 11:30pm, Defendant Sergeant Grieco and Defendant Officers M. Wallace, Gammello, Ryan, Desimone, K. Wallace, and Belilos began pounding on her door and demanding to be let in. The defendant officers then searched the apartment and remained therein for 16 hours. Before leaving the apartment, the defendant officers gave Ms. Walls a summons for marijuana possession, despite lacking probable cause to do so.
