Defendants, including LEE and GOMEZ, then illegally seized, detained and questioned Plaintiff regarding criminal activity and illicit items without probable cause. Defendants, including LEE and GOMEZ, violently contorted Plaintiff’s arms behind his back prior to rear handcuffing Plaintiff in an excessively tight and painful manner. Plaintiff made numerous complaints that either ignored or denied by defendants, including LEE and GOMEZ, regarding the substantial physical pain and suffering caused by the excessively tight handcuffs. As a result, Plaintiff sustained lacerations, abrasions, hematomas, the loss of sensation and a diminished range of movement to his wrists, hands and arms. Defendants, including LEE and GOMEZ, ignored or denied the pleas to loosen the handcuffs which physical injuries. Plaintiff was held in a holding cell and was eventually released.
