When people at the street corner started running, Plaintiff believed to be in danger and started running. When Plaintiff realized that the individuals in the car were police officers, he stopped running. Defendant P.O.s, with their guns drawn, placed plaintiff under arrest and handcuffed him. No contraband or firearms were found upon search of the Plaintiff. The Defendant P.O.s then falsely charged Plaintiff with criminal possession of a weapon. As a result of this charge, Plaintiff was held at Riker's Island for five days.
