Plaintiff was about fifteen steps away from the front door of the home when the Defendant officers, including Officer Phil Glenn, grabbed Plaintiff and threw him to the ground. Plaintiff was handcuffed, arrested, and searched by the officers without any legal justification or probable cause. Plaintiff's knees were injured and he began bleeding from his face and knees upon being thrown to the ground. The officers placed their knees on Plaintiff's back. The officers then transported Plaintiff to the 62nd Precinct and Kings County Central Booking. The officers provided the District Attorney's Office with information that Plaintiff was engaged in Obstructing Governmental Administration. After being held in unlawful custody for 30 hours, Plaintiff was arraigned and released.
