The plaintiff was assaulted and battered by NYPD Officer Lang and other unnamed officers at the aforementioned location. Thereafter, the plaintiff was arrested and placed in handcuffs and was taken into custody and was sent to the 114th Precinct on April 17, 2019 and was held for a period of time and then released. Plaintiff was repeatedly thrown against a metal gate, thrown to the ground, struck with arms and knees on his neck and back. As a result of the officers' actions, the plaintiff was caused to suffer severe and serious injuries in and about diverse parts of the person, and suffered great pain, distress, mental shock, mental anguish and psychological trauma and was otherwise injured.
