Plaintiff was driving his car, and when he stopped at a stoplight the first John Doe NYPD Officer (on information and belief either Detective Martin Campos or Lieutenant Dennis Cullen) smashed the passenger side window of his car with a handgun. The second John Doe NYPD Officer (on information and belief either Detective Martin Campos or Lieutenant Dennis Cullen) then came to the driver's side window, and told Plaintiff to put the car in park. Plaintiff complied and gave the second John Doe NYPD Officer the keys to the ignition. Plaintiff was handcuffed with excessive tightness and arrested by the John Doe Officers (on information and belief  Detective Martin Campos and Lieutenant Dennis Cullen), and placed into an NYPD van. When Plaintiff complained about the tightness of his handcuffs, two other John Doe NYPD Officers (on information and belief Officer John Talavera and Officer Vincent Kong) told Plaintiff to \"just deal with it.\" Plaintiff was taken to the 25th Precinct, where he was strip searched and subjected to a visual scrotum inspection by John Does NYPD Officers. \n\nPlaintiff was taken to Central Booking on July 9, 2011, where he was arraigned on a charge of obstructing governmental administration based on the false statements of Detective Martin Campos. Plaintiff was held for four days until he was able to make bail. Two days after his release, on July 14, 2011, Plaintiff had three pieces of glass from the shattered car window remove from his right eye.
