Plaintiff advised the Defendant Officers that he would inform his employer. The following evening, after the Plaintiff informed event promoters scheduled to organize an event that evening that the event could not take place due to the Defendant Officers' directive, they called on nearby Defendant Officers John Doe 1-2 for help. They also called 911. Subsequently, Defendant Officers John Doe 1-2, on orders by Defendant Officer Pirozzi, who had also arrived at the scene, without any probably cause or reasonable suspicion, falsely arrested the Plaintiff and transported him to the precinct.
