As a result of each of these raids, plaintiff Abram’s son, Mike Josie, was arrested at the premises, transported to NYPD police precinct(s), and falsely charged with numerous crimes (all of which were eventually dismissed and sealed). In total, 22 identified and 20 unidentified defendant police officers participated in these raids.\n\nInstances of surveillance, harassment, bullying, and intimidation took place both inside and outside of the residence; these instances included acts such as repeatedly banging on the plaintiffs’ windows and entrance door, maintaining a heavy police presence in and around the plaintiffs’ home, and forced entry and search of the premises without warrant. On June 27, 2017 at approximately 3:00 a.m., plaintiff was transported from the 84th Precinct to Brooklyn Central Booking and was placed in a holding cell. Defendant police officers intentionally provided the Kings County District Attorney's Office with false, misleading and incomplete information regarding their basis for\narresting and prosecuting plaintiff and falsely charged plaintiff with crimes he did not commit.  . Defendants rushed towards plaintiff with their guns pointed at him and yelled at, grabbed, pushed, shoved, and pulled Plaintiff. Defendants tightly handcuffed Plaintiff to the point that he experienced numbness and pain but Defendants ignored Plaintiff's requests to loosen the handcuffs. Defendants illegally searched Plaintiff and brought him to the 88th Precinct. Defendants interrogated plaintiff for a long time and then brought him to Central Booking. Defendants provided false representations to the Kings County District Attorney's Office to secure charges against Plaintiff. Plaintiff was arraigned on June 27, 2019 and eventually released on his own recognizance. Plaintiff appeared before the criminal court on multiple occasions to defend against the charges levied against him. On or about October 31, 2019, the false charges were dismissed because of a lack of evidence. On August 1, 2019, Plaintiff was again arrested without probable cause, grabbed, pushed, and handcuffed tightly, and brought to a precinct where he was interrogated. Prosecutors declined to prosecute plaintiff. On December 30, 2020, Plaintiff was again arrested without probable cause, pointed their guns at him, yelled, grabbed, pushed, shoved, and tightly handcuffed him to the point of numbness. Defendants brought Plaintiff to a precinct and interrogated him again. Defendants brought false charges against Plaintiff which were later dismissed on or about April 20, 2021 for a lack of evidence.
