Seargent RINALDI and POs arrested and transported Plaintiff to an NYPD precinct without reasonable reason. Due to PO’ DELMONICO’s false allegations and false evidence, Plaintiff was prosecuted and imprisoned. \nOn March 13, 2012, PO ALTRECHE and ERWIG arrested Plaintiff without probable cause when Plaintiff was at his home. PO ALTRECHE and ERWIG personally transported Plaintiff to an NYPD precinct station house and imprisoned him. The Plaintiff was arrested based on false allegations that, on separate dates in July 2010, the Plaintiff had sold narcotics to UNDER COVER OFFICER 209. POs imprisoned Plaintiff until March 15, 2011. As a result of the POs’ false allegations, bail was set on the Plaintiff’s criminal case, which caused him to be imprisoned on Rikers Island for 3.5 months. PO DEPALO, UNDERCOVER OFFICER 209, MULLDAY, Sergeant LOGAN, ALTRECHE, ERWIG, JOHN, and JANE DOE 1-10 directly participated in the Plaintiff’s arrest, investigated the Plaintiff’s arrest and failed to intervene.
