After approximately 21 hours in custody, on July 14, 2016 at approximately 3:00 p.m. plaintiff was arraigned. Defendants maliciously and unlawfully charged plaintiff with Disorderly\nConduct without probable cause or legal justification. On January 13, 2017, all charges against plaintiff were dismissed and sealed. Plaintiff was denied the right to due process and a fair trial.
