When Plaintiff reached for his identification Defendant Officers grabbed plaintiff, twisted his arms behind his back, pushed to the ground, and proceeded to step on Plaintiff's legs causing injury. Defendant Officers handcuffed Plaintiff and ignored his plea when he told them he was in extreme pain.
