He was approached by Defendant Officer Ramirez, who unlawfully searched Plaintiff. Plaintiff was then placed under arrest despite no probable cause. Defendants falsely informed the District Attorney they observed Plaintiff commit the following crimes: aggressive begging in a public place, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. At no point did Plaintiff commit any crimes. Plaintiff was released and after being prosecuted, all charges were dismissed. \n\nThe same events occurred again on August 29, 2012, June 22, 2013 and February 19, 2013. In each instance, Plaintiff was lawfully distributing CDs with his own music when Defendant officers unlawfully searched and arrested him. False claims were filed with the District Attorney each time, including at least one of: aggressive begging in a public place, disorderly conduct, unlawful possession of marijuana and promoting gambling.
