Upon arrival Defendant Forbes asked to be taken to a different address, and then another address.  Plaintiff informed Defendant Forbes that his shift was ending, he needed to return the cab or be penalized, and that he could drop her at a safe place or a nearby police precinct.  Defendant Forbes became upset and began to strike the Plaintiff with her heels, breaking the glass.  She then exited the taxi and ran.  Plaintiff called 911, advised them of what happened, and waited for the police to arrive.  The police were able to locate Defendant Forbes, and after identifying her as the passenger, Plaintiff stated that all he wanted was to be paid the fare and for the broken window.  The Officers then wrongly arrested Plaintiff and transported him to the precinct, then the following morning to central booking.  Plaintiff was charged with unlawful imprisonment and driving without a license.
