When taking Plaintiff from the store in handcuffs, officers slammed his head against a doorframe so violently as to later require 8 stitches.  Witnessing this, Plaintiff Hidie Jones was arrested with no cause.  Plaintiffs were illegally searched and no contraband recovered.  At the 81st Precinct, officers pointed a taser at Plaintiff Mike Jones while laughing, but eventually allowed EMS to transport him to a hospital for stitches.\nOfficer prepared false paperwork charging Plaintiff Mike Jones with assault and other charges.  After 18 hours in custody, Plaintiffs were released on their own recognizance, after which Plaintiff Mike Jones required additional medical care.  A grand jury no billed Plaintiff Hidie Jones.
