After a month had passed, she participated in a line-up where she was shown hundreds of photos over a 3-4 hour time period, and she pointed out Plaintiff after being led by the defendant. There is no record on how she arrived at choosing the plaintiff. Two days prior he had been in a barbershop where a shooting occurred. Although he was not wearing dark clothes similar to that reported by witnesses, Detective Jay Wolsky determined that Plaintiff should be falsely charged. The victim did not report the crime at the scene, and security cameras showed Plaintiff leaving the barbershop in an ordinary manner. Detective Wolsky and Lieutenant Shamus McHugh filed contradictory statements about whether Plaintiff fled when arrested and whether there was a line up. Detective Michael Bergamo prepared additional false paperwork to help charge Plaintiff with a crime. Charges were eventually dismissed on March 7, 2013, after prosecutors admitted that they could not prove the charges, but Plaintiff had been incarcerated for those 18 months.","documents":[{"url":"https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nyed.360874/gov.uscourts.nyed.360874.1.0.pdf","type":"complaint"}],"url":"https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/13139788/wiggins-v-city-of-new-york/"},{"name":"Gibbs v.
