Plaintiff had the two women escorted from the premises. Upon exiting, plaintiff and Vanessa saw the two women speaking to uniformed NYPD officers. The officers approached Plaintiff and Vanessa in an aggressive manner. A minor physical altercation between Vanessa and one of the unknown women ensued, and the NYPD officers failed to intervene. The officers instead turned their attention to plaintiff and Vanessa. The officers began to arrest and push Vanessa; when plaintiff protested that the officers were pushing his wife, Officers Patrick Cherry, Maximillian Zapata, and an unknown officer stormed at plaintiff and shoved him into a concrete wall. Officers Mavis Garcia and Victoria Acevedo then joined in accosting plaintiff. Officer Matthew John issued a criminal complaint against Plaintiff for obstruction, falsely stating that Plaintiff had shoved him multiple times.
