The officers unlawfully frisked and searched plaintiff and recovered \nplaintiff’s cell phone from his pocket. Although the crime victim was not able to positively recognized plaintiff as the robber, defendants arrested and handcuffed him. Plaintiff was transported to the 72nd Precinct against his will whereat \nhe was unlawfully searched, fingerprinted, photographed, and detained in a filthy holding cell  for many hours. Although the video surveillance did not identified plaintiff as the robbery, he was transported to the central booking where he stayed for many hours.
