Without cause or reason, the defendant officers, told Plaintiff that she needed to go to the hospital, and that they were going to transport her there. Plaintiff replied that she did not need to go to the hospital for any reason and that it was her desire for them not to take her to the hospital. Despite Plaintiffs clear, verbal communication the defendant officers responded that they were going to do so, and physically took hold of Plaintiff.
