Sgt. Jose Luis Deluna approached the young woman and ordered her to be quiet or be arrested.  The young woman looked at plaintiff, who was heading toward the exit.  Plaintiff looked back at the young woman and said, \"Hey,\" and Sgt. Deluna immediately grabbed one of plaintiff's hands.  Sgt. Deluna threatened plaintiff and gave him to the count of three to walk away.  When Sgt. Deluna reached the number three, plaintiff had not left the area.  Sgt. Deluna attempted to grab hold of one of plaintiff's arms, and other officers, including P.O.s Nicholas Lane, Anthony Perlongo, Carlos Ramos  tried to kick plaintiff's feet out from under him and tried grabbing his arms.  P.O. Michelle Batista tried to pull plaintiff down to the ground by yanking his hair.  Once plaintiff was on the floor, the officers punched, stomped on, and handcuffed him.  He was them pulled up by the handcuffs and pushed against the wall.  One officer twisted the handcuffs to make them even tighter than they already were.  Plaintiff was taken out of the subway station, placed in a van, and transported to the Transit District 3 stationhouse and subsequently to Manhattan Central booking.  Plaintiff was falsely charged with two misdemeanors and a violation.
