Officer Daly then threatened the Plaintiff and pushed him down the hallway. Officer Jorge told Officer Daly, “The reason that she had sex with you is that she wanted you to kill her husband” and Officer Daly told the Plaintiff “If you ever try to have sex with her again I will kill you” and “if you file suit against me I will kill you.” After both officers left, the Plaintiff gathered DNA samples and reported the crimes to officers at a nearby bank.
