Defendant Hiddessen arrested Plaintiff Giles at his home without a warrant on April 15, 2012. On April 15, 2012, an I-Card was submitted for Plaintiff Hatcher. On the same day, Detective Hiddessen provided false, erroneous, and/or misrepresented information to the Queens County District Attorney's Office resulting in the initiation of a criminal prosecution against Plaintiff Giles.\n\nOn April 15, 2-12, I-cards were issued for Plaintiffs Hargrove and Hatcher, identified as \"suspect only - no probable cause to arrest.\" On April 18, 2012, Plaintiffs Hargrove and Hatcher was arrested without warrants at their homes. Defendants Hiddessen and Shulman provided false, erroneous, and/or misrepresented information to the Queens County DA's office resulting in the initiation of criminal prosecutions against Plaintiffs Hatcher and Hargrove. Defendant Hiddessen reviewed and signed criminal complaints for the three Plaintiffs wherein he swore to false and/or misrepresented information regarding the subject incident. The criminal prosecutions continued until August 8, 2014, with all charges against Plaintiffs dismissed based on a verdict acquitting Plaintiffs.
