Plaintiff spoke up and told the officers that the neighbor has a medical condition. The officers began to yell and curse at Plaintiff and his mother. The officers approached, grabbed Plaintiff and dragged him down the front steps, ripping Plaintiff's shirt and physically injuring him. The officers arrested and tightly handcuffed Plaintiff, causing injury.\n\nPlaintiff was transported to the precinct and was told he was arrested for breaking curfew. On June 5, 2020, after approximately 4 hours in custody, Plaintiff was released with a desk appearance ticket. The officers provided the DA's office with false information that Plaintiff committed disorderly conduct, but the DA's office declined to prosecute.
