The officers then seized Plaintiff by his arms and indicated he was being placed under arrest. The officers then slammed Plaintiff’s head against a police van and repeatedly hit him about his body, and then hit him against a brick wall several times. Plaintiff was placed under arrest and charged with criminal mischief in the 4th degree, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
