Plaintiff was thereafter transported to the 40th Precinct by grabbing and shoving her into a police transport vehicle. There, plaintiff was criminally processed and subjected to invasive bodily searches and illegal interrogation tactics with threats of a protracted criminal prosecution followed by a lengthy imprisonment if she failed to comply with defendants' demands.
