Defendant Vazquez then took plaintiff inside of the 28th Precinct, where he and defendant officers McGuire and Brightman continued to assault and beat plaintiff while he was restrained.\n\nWhile in custody, plaintiff was transported to St. Luke’s Hospital, where he was treated for the injuries such as flank pain, joint pain, abrasions on both wrists, and hematuria.
