Officers then handcuffed plaintiff and arrested him. Plaintiff was taken to an NYPD vehicle and was not given the chance to put on pants or clothe himself despite his requests. He was held at a precinct for hours and then taken to booking where he was arraigned. He was charged with menacing and harassment. Officer Goodman was the deponent in the criminal court complaint against plaintiff and stated that plaintiff's son informed him that plaintiff had pointed a wooden stick at his son and threatened him. These allegations are false.
