Later the defendants forcibly detained and imprisoned plaintiff at various locations including a police precinct. In the precinct, by means of physical threats, denial of food and water and other illegal methods, defendants interrogated, improperly induced and coerced plaintiff into drafting and executing a document in which plaintiff “confessed” to various criminal acts (including engaging in sexual acts with a female minor) to which he had not in fact admitted. On the same day, defendants also initiated a criminal prosecution of plaintiff for Rape in the Second Degree. In support of the criminal prosecution, the defendants fabricated evidence to the Office of the DA. Hall knowingly falsely executed an accusatory instrument including a 13-year-old girl told Hall that plaintiff placed his penis inside of her vagina. The defendants also withheld exculpatory evidence from the Office of the DA including the plaintiff’s denial and the fact that the accusations were in fact given by the child’s mother. On or about February 13, 2019, after being prosecuted for seventeen months, the charge was dismissed on the merits, and the criminal proceeding terminated favorably to plaintiff. The defendants failed to intervene the other’s illegal conducts, while they had reasonable opportunities to do so.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=ElvpR0n/g4XKmOGe1iKp7Q==","type":"complaint"}]}],"documents":[{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/24441170-bronx-notified-officers-list-edited_redacted-redacted_redacted","type":"credibility-finding"}],"id":"SN5P","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/SN5P"}
