Defendants, Police officers wrongfully touched, physically seized, grabbed, handcuffed, and unlawfully searched Plaintiff and his tool bag and falsely arrested Plaintiff without legal cause and caused him physical pain, and mental suffering. Plaintiff was also assaulted and had multiple batteries committed against him. Plaintiff told the police he was there to see the superintendent because he was going to do work for him and asked the officer to speak to the superintendent in case they wanted to confirm his reason but the defendants never did. Plaintiff was taken into the police station and charged with crimes and given a desk Appearance Ticket and was remanded to INS custody for a few hours on his last day in Custody. Plaintiff was in custody over the course of 4 days until he was released. Defendants deliberately gave false and incomplete information to the District Attorney to induce a prosecution of the plaintiff without probable cause and they suppressed exculpatory evidence that they were told by Plaintiff that Plaintiff was there to do work at the behest of the superintendent to do work for the building.
