On that night, Police slammed Plaintiff to the ground and smashed his hand with a boot. Plaintiff has a lasting injury known as \"mallet finger\" that makes his right pinky droop and cause sharp pain. The injury required at least 15 doctor visits. When Officer stopped Plaintiff in 2015, they saw the previous arrest and searched Plaintiff's car without his consent. Despite not finding anything in the vehicle or having any other probable cause Defendants arrested plaintiff. \n\nAt the precinct, Defendants subjected Plaintiff to a humiliating and illegal search in front of other prisoners where they made him remove his clothes and without justification attempted a cavity search. When Plaintiff refused the cavity search, Defendants picked him up and slammed him on the table and twisted his arm which was bleeding. Defendants gave up and refused Plaintiff's request for medical attention.
