After being held in the police precinct for several hours, Plaintiff was transported to New York County Criminal Court, located at 100 Centre Street, New York NY. Plaintiff was held in New York County Central Booking, he was confined to a cell with numerous other male prisoners. That on or about February 20, 2021 Plaintiff was arraigned on docket CR-003453-21NY wherein he was charged with Burglary in the Third Degree. At the arraignment, Plaintiff was released and ordered to return to court.
