Defendants NYPD officers GARY FARLEY and JOHN or JANE DOE 1-10, acting under color of state law, unlawfully stopped, searched and\nseized, battered and assaulted, detained, arrested and prosecuted Plaintiff without probable cause or any other legal justification to do so. \n\nDefendants illegally seized Plaintiff's person and grabbed him in an aggressive and violent manner, falsely accused him of a criminal offense, and restrained him. Plaintiff questioned Defendants as to why he was being arrested and said Defendants responded and told him that they just tasered him and chased him prior but Plaintiff explained he was sleeping in the car and that he was not the individual they were looking for but Defendants ignored him and continued to antagonize and accuse Plaintiff of lying. Defendants, then violently contorted Plaintiff's arms behind his back to affix metal handcuffs to Plaintiff's wrists in an excessively tightened fashion, causing Plaintiff to experience pain.\n\nAs a result, Plaintiff was caused to be unlawfully detained over the course of two days until his eventual release from the physical custody of defendants on or about November 4, 2021.
