(a minor) was participating in a Police Athletic League basketball game at a NYC public middle school in Brooklyn.  During the game, a player on the opposing team was ejected for trash-talking Plaintiff and the game was suspended shortly thereafter.  NYPD Officer Davis advised Plaintiff E.H. to stay back so the opposing team could leave. Plaintiff E.H. complied with the Officer's advice, and stayed inside the building to wait for his Uber. While walking to his Uber, a member of the opposing team said something to Plaintiff E.H., and Plaintiff E.H. responded \"Why are you still talking.\"  Officer Davis, who had been standing with the members of the opposing team suddenly and immediately grabbed Plaintiff E.H. by the neck, slammed him against a brick wall, and threw him into the ground.  Officer Davis choked Plaintiff E.H., dragged him back into the building, and then continued to restrain Plaintiff E.H. while repeatedly striking him and continuing to choke him.  An unidentified Officer asked a non-Officer witness to remove Officer Davis from Plaintiff E.H.  The Unidentified Officer then detained Plaintiff E.H. in the school's auditorium, until he could calm down.  Despite sustaining injuries from Officer Davis's assault, Plaintiff E.H. was not provided with medical care and was allowed to go home.  Upon returning home, Plaintiff E.H. informed his parents and cousin of what had happened. His father and cousin then returned with Plaintiff E.H. to the school, where Plaintiff's father asked the Unidentified Officer what happened.  The Unidentified Officer began to lie about what occurred, and refused to give her badge to Plaintiff's father.  Two more NYPD officers, Officers Steven Schilling and Officer Zheng, arrived on the scene at Plaintiff's father's request for supervisors.  The NYPD Officers only then called for an ambulance to take Plaintiff E.H. to the hospital.  Plaintiff E.H. was treated for bruising, a scar, and a headache, and continues to suffer from anxiety, sleeplessness, and hyper-vigilance as a result of the misconduct.
