Plaintiff had the tenant arrested. After the tenant's arrest, he and his family vacated the premises. In moving the belongings out of the apartment, the tenant had the assistance of four males. On May 13, 2012, while she was out walking her dogs, plaintiff observed two males following her. Plaintiff observed the two males talking on walkie talkies. After walking her dogs, plaintiff returned to the premises and into her apartment. In her apartment, plaintiff changed some clothing so she was wearing only underpants and a low-cut top that she used as a pajama top. Plaintiff was in her apartment with her husband and a friend of theirs who was staying with them when she heard a banging on the door. Plaintiff opened the door of the apartment and found herself face to face with defendant O'Donnell. O'Donnell asked plaintiff to step outside. When plaintiff declined, pointing out she was not dressed, O'Donnell forcefully grabbed her left breast, pulled her out of her apartment,  threw plaintiff against a wall in the hallway and handcuffed her. Other officers unlawfully searched her apartment without a warrant. O'Donnell took plaintiff down into the street, placed her inside a police vehicle, and took her to the 63rd precinct. Defendant officer directed plaintiff to write a statement. Plaintiff did so and, after a couple hours in custody, was released without any charges being brought against her.","documents":[{"url":"https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nyed.345087/gov.uscourts.nyed.345087.18.0.pdf","type":"complaint"}],"url":"https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/6182009/constantino-v-john-does-1-6/"}],"discipline":[{"disposition_date":"2022-11-17","case_no":"2022-26711","recommendation":"Other","allegations":[{"desc":"Failed to make required entries in Department logs."},{"desc":"Failed to prepare required reports."}]}],"documents":[{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/21029603-truong-2580b8297b4686d225c6a297b1f59de6a5c266bb","type":"brady-giglio"},{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/21066838-truong-933818-03-29-21","type":"brady-giglio"}],"id":"SZ75","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/SZ75"}
