The officers pointed firearms at the Plaintiff and took him into the hallway along with other individuals where the officers searched them. No contraband was found. Plaintiff was placed in excessively tight handcuffs, arrested, and transported to the 75th Precinct. The officers then falsely swore a complaint against the Plaintiff claiming that he had committed various crimes. The DA subsequently prosecuted the Plaintiff for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
