After receiving medication for the pain and dental fracture, Plaintiff left the hospital at about 11:00 a.m. and was taken back to PSA2 Precinct and then to Kings County Central Bookings. Plaintiff was arraigned on September 16, 2012 at approximately 11:00 p.m. and was charged with: Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the Fifth Degree, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Resisting Arrest, and Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the Second Degree.
