Defendants then illegally seized plaintiff, aggressively grabbed her head and body, searched her property and person, and violently placed plaintiff's wrists into tightened metal handcuffs. Defendants ignored plaintiff's requests to loosen handcuffs.\n\nDefendant-officers, including Gjeloshi, subjected plaintiff to custodial interrogation without advising plaintiff of her rights and in absence of requested legal counsel. Defendant-officers intentionally provided false information to the District Attorney's Office for the purpose of initiating criminal prosecution against plaintiff. The unlawful stop, search, seizure, arrest, and prosecution against plaintiff arose on account of plaintiff's race. Defendant was detained until October 22, 2020.
